Full job description

Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
Location: Bellandur, Bangalore (In-Showroom Role)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Outbound Calling: Make daily outbound calls to prospective buyers using data generated from online platforms, walk-ins, and marketing campaigns.
Test Ride Coordination: Convince potential customers over the phone to visit the Bellandur showroom for a product demonstration and book Ampere electric scooter test rides.
Walk-in Engagement: Greet walk-in customers at the showroom with a welcoming attitude and assist the core sales team in managing the customer experience.
Follow-ups: Maintain a disciplined follow-up pipeline with warm leads who visited the showroom and service center.
Service & Delivery Coordination: Call existing Ampere owners for regular vehicle service reminders and manage customer satisfaction queries.
Data Entry: Keep precise records of daily calls, customer feedback, and lead statuses in standard Excel sheets or the dealer management tool.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a Telecaller, Customer Relationship Executive(CRE), Front Desk Executive, or Inside Sales Agent (preferably in automotive, retail, or hospitality).

Education: Fresh graduates holding a BCA, B.Com, BBA, or any basic graduation degree who have excellent verbal communication skills.

Skills Required

Languages: Strong command over Kannada and English is essential to handle local retailwalk-ins and phone calls. Knowing Hindi is a plus.
Communication: Polite, friendly, and patient telephone manners. Ability to pitch productbenefits clearly without using complex technical jargon.
Basic Computer Knowledge: Comfortable with everyday tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, and handling basic lead management sheets.
