Full job description

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and administrative activities. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions and an opportunity to develop professional skills.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Schedule interviews and maintain recruitment trackers.
Assist in onboarding new employees.

HR Operations

Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Support documentation related to joining, confirmation, and exit processes.
Assist in attendance and leave management.
Help prepare HR reports and MIS.

Employee Engagement

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
Support employee communication initiatives.
Collect employee feedback and maintain records.

Administrative Support

Maintain HR files and documents.
Coordinate with various departments for HR-related requirements.
Assist in general office administration activities.

Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
Basic understanding of labor laws and HR practices.
Experience with ATS or HRMS tools is an added advantage.
