Full job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Applied AI Engineer who can help transform client ideas into working digital solutions using modern AI-powered development tools.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, technology, building products, and learning new tools quickly. You will work on websites, web applications, ERP systems, automations, AI-powered solutions, and custom software projects.

Freshers are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

Understand client requirements and business processes.
Convert ideas into technical solutions and implementation plans.
Build websites, web applications, ERP systems, dashboards, and custom software solutions.
Use AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and similar platforms.
Create effective prompts and AI workflows to accelerate development.
Convert Figma designs into responsive websites and applications using AI-assisted development.
Design and manage databases.
Collaborate using Git and GitHub.
Test, debug, and improve applications before deployment.
Research and learn new technologies as required by projects.
Work closely with team members to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills

Strong logical and analytical thinking.
Passion for technology and problem-solving.
Basic understanding of programming concepts.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Gemini, or similar.
Basic understanding of Git and GitHub.
Basic understanding of databases.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Self-motivated and proactive attitude.

Full-stack web development knowledge.
Prompt engineering.
Figma to website development.
UI/UX understanding.
