Gurucul pioneered behavior analytics for security 10+ years ago. Today we deliver an AI-powered platform that spans Next-Gen SIEM — Gartner named us a Magic Quadrant Leader — and Insider Risk Management, where we’re defining the AI-driven IRM SOC. Our mission is to help security and insider risk teams with their largest problems to keep their people and organizations safe against human, machine and AI threats.
You’ll own the systems that power our GTM engine: HubSpot at the core, Salesforce alongside it, and the integrations, data, reporting, and automation that connect them. The mandate is simple to say and hard to do — build processes the team can rely on, deliver reporting leadership actually trusts, and use AI and automation to remove manual work everywhere it hides.
This is a high-ownership seat. You won’t inherit a pristine instance and a runbook — you’ll help us build and improve both, and the GTM team will move faster because of it. If you do your best work when you’re trusted to own the stack end to end, and you’re already using AI to multiply your own output, this role is built for you.
The ideal candidate can be located anywhere in the United States or in India.
- Own day-to-day HubSpot administration — forms, landing pages, campaigns, lists, workflows, lead scoring, and data management — and support key Salesforce workflows.
- Own the HubSpot–Salesforce integration: field mapping, routing logic, sync monitoring, and data quality. When marketing, sales, and customer data disagree, you’re the person who knows why and fixes it.
- Build and maintain the dashboards the business runs on — marketing, pipeline, campaign performance, attribution, and funnel health.
- Integrate marketing and revenue systems and data sources to improve GTM reporting and surface actionable insights around engagement, pipeline, and conversion trends.
- Monitor system performance and catch issues before the business feels them.
- Maintain clear documentation for configurations, workflows, and integrations, so the environment stays sustainable and scalable.
- Own the technical setup and execution of lifecycle programs across the customer journey — drip campaigns, nurture flows, onboarding journeys, and automated communications in HubSpot.
- Partner with demand gen and content marketing, who own the messaging and creative; you own segmentation, personalization, suppression logic, and operational accuracy.
- Monitor program performance and recommend optimizations that improve engagement and conversion.
- Build and maintain reporting for email and lifecycle programs — visibility into customer journey performance, engagement trends, conversions, and where to optimize next.
- Hunt down manual work and eliminate it with automation.
- Evaluate and implement AI tools where they deliver measurable value, not where they make a good demo.
- Build and maintain AI-assisted workflows, and partner with stakeholders across the company to test and scale emerging technologies.
- 3–5 years in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, or GTM Operations at a B2B SaaS or cybersecurity company.
- Deep hands-on HubSpot Marketing Hub administration — workflows, lists, lead scoring, segmentation, email automation, reporting, and CRM integrations. Certification is preferred.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and the operational processes connecting marketing, sales, and customer data.
- Experience building lifecycle marketing infrastructure: nurture programs, routing logic, and automated customer journeys.
- Real fluency with AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT — not curiosity, current practice — using them to automate workflows, analyze data, and scale personalization.
- Experience integrating and governing enrichment and intent platforms (ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clearbit, Lusha) within lead management.
- Strong analytical skills: you build dashboards, interpret the data, and translate metrics into stories that drive decisions.
- Clear documentation and communication — you make complex systems understandable to technical and non-technical stakeholders alike, and you know the difference between building scalable operational systems and owning marketing strategy or content.
- Comfort in a fast-moving environment where priorities evolve, and new problems need creative solutions.
- $115k – $135k DOE + Bonus
- Gurucul offers a competitive compensation package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, EAP, 401K, Paid Time Off, and paid Holidays.
- ₹10 – ₹25 LPA DOE + Benefits
- Remote within the United States or in India.
- Note for India-based candidates: To ensure seamless collaboration with our US Go-To-Market team, candidates based in India will be expected to maintain a shift schedule that allows for a minimum of 4 hours of daily overlap with US Eastern Time.
