We are a team of 40+ highly motivated and passionate engineers responsible for building the product, acquiring customers & helping them onboard & build internal tools

Engineering teams need to spend considerable hours building internal tools for sales, growth, revenue ops & other teams. This often gets deprioritized, or it impacts the launch of features. We believe that DronaHQ is a right tool for such time pressed, bandwidth challenged engineering teams who can use DronaHQ to build internal tools at 10x speed.

Role

The role needs to have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting the sales team up for success

Responsibilities :

Represent our company's products and services
Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential prospects
Qualify & manage a pipeline of interested prospects
Identify best practices to refine the company's lead generation playbook

Daily Activities

Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
Utilize Sales Navigator, cold calling, uplead, and email to generate new sales opportunities
Conduct deep research on the leads to understand various facets (e.g. key stakeholders, revenue, business divisions, plans, about the lead which can be shared with the internal team
Identify prospect's needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Rate and evaluate the prospect, to qualify leads as sales opportunities, and schedule a demo with the prospect
Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects
Follow up with the prospect and maintain cadence
Report with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree + at least 2 years of relevant work experience
Strong communication skills
Hands-on experience on tools like sales navigator, Lemlist, Uplead
Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
Should be willing to work keeping in mind US work hours
Historical track record of exceeding lead targets

The Role

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be seeking new business by contacting and developing relationships with our prospective customers. You will act as a first point of contact for our company. Your primary focus is to educate and set up meetings for business to business collaborations.

Job Responsibilities

Required Qualifications and Skills

At least 2+ years' of experience in a related role, with a history of exceeding lead targets

Prior work experience in SaaS companies is a plus.

A self-driven and self learner with ambition high enough to make a mark in the industry

Ability to handle rejections and stay focused and driven.

Ability to multi-task and manage your tasks effectively.

Strong communication skills via phone and email

Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills

Should be willing to work keeping in mind US work hours
