Job Title: CDQ Developer

Location: Remote
Experience: 5+ Years

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CDQ Developer with strong expertise in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and Cloud Data Quality (CDQ). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable ETL and data quality solutions across cloud and on-premise environments. This role requires strong technical expertise in data integration, data quality management, and cloud data platforms, along with excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.

Key ResponsibilitiesETL Development & Data Integration

Develop, test, and deploy ETL processes using Informatica Cloud Data Quality (CDQ) and IICS.
Integrate data from multiple sources including cloud and on-premise systems.
Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and integrity across platforms.
Design and implement reusable and scalable data integration workflows.
Maintain and enhance existing ETL pipelines for optimal performance.

Data Quality Management

Design and implement data quality rules using Informatica Cloud Data Quality (CDQ).
Configure and manage data profiling, cleansing, validation, and standardization processes.
Perform data profiling to identify quality issues and improvement opportunities.
Develop dashboards and reports to monitor data quality metrics.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and enforce data quality standards.

Technical Design & Documentation

Design and document data integration and data quality workflows.
Define data flow architecture, transformation logic, and validation rules.
Prepare detailed technical specifications for ETL and CDQ processes.
Ensure adherence to data governance and quality frameworks.

Monitoring & Optimization

Monitor data pipelines and resolve issues proactively.
Optimize workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Implement error-handling, logging, and recovery mechanisms.
Ensure minimal downtime and high data availability.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in ETL development, data integration, or data quality management.
Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Cloud Data Quality (CDQ).
Proficiency in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS).
Experience working with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
Strong knowledge of data profiling, cleansing, and validation techniques.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Strong SQL skills with experience in relational and cloud databases.
Ability to troubleshoot complex data integration issues.

Soft Skills

Excellent communication skills (mandatory).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
