Stationery & Plotter Supplies: Ensure the office is stocked with essential supplies, especially large-format paper and ink for printing technical drawings.
Records Maintenance: Organize and archive old project files, structural calculations, and insurance documents for easy retrieval.
Visitor Logs: Maintain a strict log of site contractors and vendors visiting the office.
