You will own and lead the entire IT infrastructure and operations function at NMG Technologies. This is a hands-on leadership role—not a strategy-only position. You will be expected to understand every team member’s daily, weekly, and monthly tasks in enough depth to substitute for anyone, make autonomous decisions on the ground, and systematically raise the maturity of our IT systems from reactive to proactive.
You will manage a team of 4 (Linux Admin, Windows Admin, DevOps Engineer, and IT Support Executive) and take end-to-end responsibility for server uptime, network health, CI/CD pipeline reliability, cloud cost optimization, physical security systems, vendor relationships, and help desk performance for 150+ employees.

CI/CD & DevOps Oversight
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or equivalent) serving 10+ active development projects
- Directly manage the DevOps engineer responsible for build automation, deployment pipelines, and compatibility testing across platforms
- Ensure pipeline reliability through self-healing mechanisms, automatic retry, alerting, and rollback capabilities

- Build self-service solutions: password reset portals, automated access provisioning, and a knowledge base
- Track and report weekly IT metrics: open/closed tickets, SLA adherence, recurring issues, and hardware health
Vendor, Procurement & Budget Management
- Manage relationships with ISPs, hardware vendors, software license providers, and AMC contractors
- Handle IT procurement end-to-end: laptops, peripherals, networking equipment, servers, and software licenses
- Negotiate contracts, track warranty and AMC expiry dates, and ensure timely renewals
Reporting & Process Excellence
- Deliver structured weekly IT reports to management covering all operational areas with clear dashboards
- Ensure all work is documented, visible in the company’s project management system, and follows defined SOPs
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for every recurring IT operation
Automation & Continuous Improvement
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to eliminate manual work and reduce reactive ticket volume
