Assess the quality of engineering data, documents, and models within ALIM, and recommend corrective actions to improve design integrity across global assets and projects.

Implement robust governance and control mechanisms for delegation, auditing, and quality assurance of engineering data, documents, and models, in alignment with engineering standards and procedures, collaborating closely with Engineering Data Field Leads and Engineering teams.

Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with the use of engineering data, documents, and models in ALIM, based on quality evaluations.

Chip in to consolidated reports on quality and performance metrics as defined by Engineering Data, Document and Model Delivery and Field Leads, enabling informed decision-making.

Recommend and drive remediation actions based on quality findings and risk assessments.

Ensure engineering data, documents, and models are structured and presented in compliance with IMD and Engineering management policies, standards, and guidelines.

Support data clean-up initiatives, including the use of 2D and 3D CAD tools, to enhance data quality and usability.

Drive continuous improvement of IMD standards, tools, systems, and processes through the ALIM change request process and Class Library enhancements.

Manage issues and incidents effectively, ensuring timely resolution, implementation of corrective actions, and documentation and dissemination of lessons learned.

Information Governance: Ensure the delivery of complete, accurate, and compliant engineering data, documents, and models (internal and external), in line with IMD standards to support effective decision-making, business processes, and digital services.

Collaborator Management: Proactively identify, analyse, and manage collaborator relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Customer Support: Act as a primary point of contact for users and customers, addressing issues, service requests, and access requirements efficiently.

Operational Excellence: Demonstrate strong understanding of process optimisation, workflow efficiency, problem resolution, and change management.

Risk Management: Identify internal and external risk factors, assess mitigation opportunities, and proactively handle emerging risks.

Change Management: Drive and sustain change initiatives using structured approaches to transition from current to desired states.

Digital Fluency: Effectively use digital tools, systems, and methodologies to enhance collaboration, data management, and business operations.

Analytical Thinking: Apply structured problem-solving techniques to break down complex issues, assess dependencies, identify trends, and challenge assumptions to derive actionable insights.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably in Process, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation).

Minimum 5 years of experience in Engineering Data Management within a global organisation managing high volumes of greenfield and brownfield projects.

Strong understanding of engineering design drawings, applicable standards, and their integration with engineering data and business processes.

Proven experience in operating Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) and Engineering Data Warehouses such as Bentley ALIM.

Expertise in information governance, data analytics, and visualisation techniques.

Experience in demand management and prioritisation of tasks and workflows.

Strong background in quality assurance, compliance reviews, and performance management.

Demonstrated customer support capabilities and excellent stakeholder relationship management skills.

Knowledge of business analysis, including business modelling and requirements management, with a focus on continuous improvement opportunities.

Solid understanding of document and data management practices supporting portfolios, programmes, and projects.

Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to articulate ideas clearly and effectively
