Executive cum Personal Assistant to Government Official

Position: Executive cum Personal Assistant (PA)

Location: Shyam Nagar, Bhatpara, West Bengal

Employment Type: Full-Time

We are looking for a highly organised, responsible and proactive Executive cum Personal Assistant to support a Government Official in day-to-day administrative, professional and coordination-related responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing schedules, meetings, appointments and day-to-day engagements.

* Coordinating with government departments, officials, organisations and other stakeholders.

* Preparing correspondence, documents, briefs, reports and presentations.

* Conducting research and compiling relevant information for meetings and official engagements.

* Handling confidential information and maintaining discretion at all times.

* Managing follow-ups, communications and administrative tasks.

* Assisting with coordination of meetings, events, visits and official programmes.

* Supporting the Official in managing professional and administrative matters efficiently.

Preferred Academic Background

Candidates with a legal/academic background are preferred. However, applications are also welcome from students or graduates in:

* Law

* Human Resources / Management

* Public Policy

* Political Science

* Business Administration

* Related disciplines

Who We Are Looking For

Candidates with prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Executive to a business owner, CEO, senior corporate executive, professional or corporate entity will be considered strong candidates.

The ideal candidate should possess:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

* Good drafting, documentation and research skills.

* Professional conduct and a high degree of discretion.

* Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and work under pressure.

* Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

* Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and basic digital tools.

* Willingness to work flexible hours depending on official requirements.
