Job Description – HR & Admin Executive

Department: Human Resources
Location: Mundka / Bamnoli, Delhi
Employment Type: Full-Time
Experience: 1–3 Years
Industry Preferred: Logistics / Warehouse / E-commerce / 3PL / Manpower Operations

Role Overview

We are looking for an energetic and process-oriented HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities at our sorting center.

The role requires regular coordination with employees, operations teams, site management and HR to ensure accurate attendance, manpower reporting, employee documentation and smooth execution of HR processes at the site.

Key Responsibilities

Attendance & Manpower Management

Manage and monitor daily employee attendance and biometric records.
Create, update and delete biometric punches/records as per the defined process and approvals.
Track missing punches, absenteeism, late coming and attendance discrepancies.
Coordinate with employees and reporting managers for timely attendance regularization.
Maintain accurate daily manpower/headcount data for the site.
Prepare attendance inputs required for payroll processing.

HR Operations & MIS

Prepare and share Daily Headcount and HR MIS reports within defined timelines.
Maintain employee master data and ensure accuracy of HR records.
Track new joiners, exits, transfers and employee movements.
Maintain employee files, documentation and HR records.
Support monthly payroll activities by providing accurate attendance and employee data.
Maintain trackers and reports as required by the HR and Operations teams.

Employee Relations

Act as the first point of contact for employees for routine HR-related queries.
Address employee concerns related to attendance, leave, salary inputs, documentation and other HR processes.
Handle employee grievances professionally and escalate matters to the HR Lead wherever required.
Coordinate with employees and supervisors to ensure adherence to HR policies and processes.

Onboarding & Exit Management

Support joining formalities and employee onboarding at the site.
Verify and collect required employee documents.
Ensure employee information is updated in the HRMS/system.
Coordinate exit formalities, documentation and clearance for separating employees.

Site Administration

Support day-to-day administrative requirements of the sorting center.
Coordinate with the Operations/Site team for manpower and employee-related requirements.
Maintain site-level HR and administrative records.
Support employee engagement, training and HR communication activities.
Ensure discipline and compliance with applicable company policies at the site.

Required Skills

Good understanding of HR Operations and Administration
Experience in attendance and biometric management
Good working knowledge of MS Excel and HR MIS
Familiarity with HRMS/attendance systems
Good communication and employee-handling skills
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently at a site/warehouse location
Good documentation and record-management skills
Ability to handle confidential employee information appropriately

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with prior experience in warehouse, logistics, e-commerce, sorting center, 3PL or manpower-intensive operations will be preferred.

The candidate should be comfortable working in a site-based operational environment and interacting regularly with employees, supervisors and operations teams.

Key Performance Areas

Education

Graduate in any discipline. MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
