Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech./MCA/MBA/Graduate/Post-Graduate in any stream from a recognized
university.
(Mandatory) - PMP / ITIL/ Six Sigma (Intermediate or Expert) equivalent certification.
Additionally ISO LA/PCIDSS/CISA/CISM Certification will be an added advantage
- Minimum 12 years of overall experience, with
8+ years in managing large-scale networking or IT infrastructure projects, preferably in the BFSI sector.
- Proven track record of managing nationwide WAN
deployments, DC/DR infra, network operations, and OEM/vendor coordination.
Key Technical Exposure (Preferred):
- Cisco ACI, SD-WAN (preferably Cisco Viptela)
- Network monitoring and automation tools (NMS,
ITSM, ITAM, NPMD, IPAM, etc.)
- Active-Active NOC operations setup
- Experience in managing hybrid environments
(on-prem + cloud)
Competencies:
- Strong leadership with decision making ability
in high pressure scenarios.
- Effective team management with proven conflict

- Primarily accountable for successful

management.
- Be a part of Steering Committees set up by the
Bank for rollout of IT Projects, if required by the Bank.
