Full job description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with the firm's brand identity, business objectives, and design philosophy.
Manage the firm's social media presence across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
Create and manage content calendars covering architectural projects, completed works, ongoing projects, site progress, design concepts, awards, events, team activities, and company updates.
Transform architectural concepts, drawings, renders, photographs, and project information into engaging social media content.
Collaborate with architects, interior designers, visualizers, photographers, graphic designers, videographers, and marketing teams to develop high-quality content.
Develop creative concepts for Reels, videos, carousels, stories, project showcases, educational posts, and thought-leadership content.
Write engaging and professional captions, headlines, descriptions, and social media copy while maintaining the firm's tone of voice.
Ensure consistency in brand identity, messaging, typography, visual presentation, and communication style across all digital platforms.
Monitor comments, direct messages, mentions, and audience interactions, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Build and maintain an engaged online community of clients, architects, designers, consultants, industry professionals, and potential clients.
Track social media performance using platform analytics and reporting tools.
Monitor key metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth, website traffic, leads, and campaign performance.
Prepare regular social media performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for improving engagement and brand visibility.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, content formats, platform features, algorithms, and digital marketing practices, particularly within the architecture and design industry.
Plan, execute, and monitor paid social media campaigns and promotions when required.
Coordinate with external agencies, photographers, videographers, influencers, and other creative partners when required.
Maintain an organized digital content library of project photographs, videos, renders, drawings, awards, and other brand assets.
Ensure appropriate permissions, credits, and approvals are obtained before publishing project-related content.
Support the firm's digital marketing initiatives, project launches, events, exhibitions, awards, and recruitment campaigns.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, Advertising, Design, or a related field.
Proven professional experience as a Social Media Manager, Social Media Specialist, Digital Marketing Executive, or similar role.
Prior experience working with an architecture, interior design, real estate, construction, engineering, or other design-focused organization will be highly preferred.
Experience with Etech platforms is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Demonstrated understanding of social media strategy, content planning, audience growth, engagement, and brand building.
Strong understanding of visual content and storytelling, with an appreciation for architecture, design, photography, and aesthetics.
Experience in creating and managing Reels, short-form videos, carousels, stories, and other social media formats.
Hands-on experience with social media analytics, insights, and reporting tools.
Working knowledge of paid social media advertising, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance tracking.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong copywriting and content development skills.
Ability to understand architectural and design concepts and communicate them effectively to a non-technical audience.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
High attention to detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics and brand presentation.
Ability to work collaboratively with creative and technical teams in a fast-paced professional environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience managing social media for an architecture or design brand.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Photoshop , CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
Basic understanding of photography, videography, editing, and graphic design.
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and other digital marketing tools.
Understanding of current architecture, interior design, real estate, and lifestyle content trends.
Experience in building a professional brand presence and generating engagement through organic and paid campaigns.
