Position Summary

The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, conducting sales presentations, understanding client requirements, and converting prospects into long-term customers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a passion for achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and connect with potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, social media, and other lead generation channels.
Qualify prospects by understanding their business objectives and marketing challenges.
Present SparkRush Media's digital marketing services in a clear and persuasive manner.
Conduct virtual or in-person meetings with prospective clients.
Prepare customized proposals and recommend suitable marketing strategies based on client requirements.
Build a strong sales pipeline and manage it effectively.
Follow up consistently with prospects to maximize conversion opportunities.
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
Collaborate with the Digital Marketing and Client Success teams for smooth project handovers.
Keep accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and pipeline updates in the CRM.
Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the overall growth of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
Certification in Sales or Digital Marketing is a plus.

Experience

Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, IT Sales, Digital Marketing Sales, or B2B Sales is preferred.

Ability to commute/relocate:

Hyderabad, Telangana (Hyderabad District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
