Full job description

Admin : System Administrator

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled System Administrator to manage, maintain, and support our IT systems and networks. The ideal candidate will ensure the stability, security, and optimal performance of our IT infrastructure while assisting staff with technical issues.

Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Information Systems Management.

Certifications:
CompTIA A+, Network+, Cisco CCNA/CCENT, Sun Certified Network Administrator, Linux Professional Institute Certifications.

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with expertise in LAN management, network

Key Responsibilities:

· Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and network devices.

· Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.

· Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

· Ensure data backups, recovery, and security protocols are in place.

· Implement software updates, patches, and security measures.

· Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related problems.

· Maintain documentation of IT systems, policies, and procedures.

· Collaborate with vendors and service providers for system maintenance.

Qualification & Experience:

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.

· Min 05 Yrs Experience as a System Administrator.

· Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux server environments, networking, and IT security.

· Experience with virtualization, cloud services, and backup solutions.

· Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft, Cisco, CompTIA) preferred.

Skills:

Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
