SEO Manager – AEO, GEO & SaaS Product SEO
Experience: 7–12 Years
Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Industry: AI Platforms | SaaS | B2B Software | Product-Led Growth (PLG) | Digital Marketing
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

What We Are Looking For

7–12 years of hands-on experience in Technical SEO, SaaS Product SEO, and Organic Growth.
Minimum 4–5 years of experience managing SEO teams and leading large-scale SEO initiatives.
Experience working in AI, SaaS, B2B Software, Product-Led Growth (PLG), or Digital Marketing companies.
Strong expertise in Technical SEO, website architecture, crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and enterprise SEO.
Proven experience in Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
Hands-on experience optimizing websites for AI-powered search platforms including ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Microsoft Copilot.
Experience building and executing enterprise-level SEO strategies for SaaS products.
Strong knowledge of semantic SEO, entity SEO, topical authority, programmatic SEO, and content clustering.
Experience managing SEO roadmaps, KPIs, budgets, vendor coordination, and cross-functional projects.
Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Looker Studio, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, and other enterprise SEO tools.
Experience collaborating with Engineering, Product, Marketing, Design, and Content teams.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
Experience mentoring, hiring, and developing high-performing SEO teams.
Ability to drive organic traffic, qualified leads, and business growth through scalable SEO strategies.

Responsibilities

Define and own the overall SEO vision and roadmap for AI and SaaS products.
Lead and manage the SEO team, ensuring timely delivery of all SEO initiatives.
Develop enterprise SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, product sign-ups, and qualified leads.
Drive Technical SEO improvements including crawlability, indexation, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, and structured data.
Lead AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) initiatives to maximize visibility in AI-generated answers and featured snippets.
Develop and execute GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies for AI-powered search engines and LLM platforms.
Build topical authority through semantic SEO, entity optimization, content clusters, and strategic content planning.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, UI/UX, Marketing, and Content teams to integrate SEO best practices into product development.
Monitor SEO KPIs, AI search visibility, rankings, conversions, and organic growth metrics.
Conduct competitor analysis, identify growth opportunities, and implement scalable SEO initiatives.
Manage SEO tools, reporting dashboards, budgets, and vendor relationships.
Present SEO performance, strategy, and recommendations to senior leadership.
Mentor and coach SEO professionals while establishing best practices and standard operating procedures.
Stay updated with Google algorithm changes, AI search trends, and emerging SEO technologies.

Qualifications

7–12 years of hands-on experience in Technical SEO and SaaS Product SEO.
Minimum 4–5 years of experience managing SEO teams.
Proven expertise in Technical SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
Experience optimizing websites for AI-powered search platforms including ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, and Microsoft Copilot.
Strong knowledge of enterprise SEO, semantic SEO, entity SEO, programmatic SEO, and structured data implementation.
Advanced proficiency with Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, and Looker Studio.
Experience managing cross-functional SEO projects involving Engineering, Product, Content, and Marketing teams.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, or Python for SEO automation is an added advantage.
Experience in AI, SaaS, or Product-Led Growth (PLG) organizations is highly preferred.
Ability to lead enterprise SEO initiatives in a fast-paced remote work environment.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.35 - ₹2,500,000.96 per year
