Job Summary

We are looking for a Creative Content Writer with 2–4 years of experience to create engaging, informative, and business-focused content for IT products, software solutions, SaaS platforms, technology services, and other industry domains.

The ideal candidate should have strong writing and storytelling skills, excellent English communication, and the ability to research and simplify complex topics for technical and non-technical audiences. A good understanding of SEO, content marketing, digital marketing, and brand communication is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Write clear, engaging, and conversion-focused content for websites, landing pages, blogs, product pages, service pages, case studies, brochures, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
Create content for IT and technology solutions such as SaaS products, web and mobile applications, eCommerce platforms, AI solutions, cloud services, APIs, and custom software.
Research industries, competitors, products, target audiences, and market trends to develop accurate and relevant content.
Simplify complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content for technical and non-technical audiences.
Develop creative content for social media, email campaigns, advertisements, taglines, CTAs, promotional campaigns, and brand communication.
Write SEO-friendly blogs and website content based on keywords, search intent, content structure, and basic on-page SEO practices.
Create content across multiple industries, including IT, SaaS, eCommerce, Healthcare, Real Estate, Finance, Education, Travel, Hospitality, and Professional Services.
Collaborate with SEO specialists, designers, developers, Business Analysts, sales, and marketing teams to create content aligned with project and business requirements.
Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, originality, readability, grammar, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Must-Have Skills

2–4 years of professional experience in Content Writing, Creative Writing, Copywriting, or Digital Content.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong grammar, vocabulary, sentence construction, editing, and proofreading skills.
Strong storytelling and creative writing abilities.
Ability to write both technical and non-technical content.
Strong research and information-gathering skills.
Good understanding of SEO and content marketing.
Ability to understand complex products and services and communicate them clearly.
Ability to adapt writing style and tone based on the audience, industry, and content platform.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to manage multiple content assignments and prioritize tasks effectively.

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience working with IT, SaaS, software development, eCommerce, or technology companies.
Experience creating content for B2B or international audiences.
Knowledge of UX writing, UI content, microcopy, CTAs, and website content structure.
Experience with social media content, email marketing, digital advertising, and campaign copywriting.
Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, or Google Analytics.
Experience working with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation and research tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or similar tools.
Experience creating case studies, whitepapers, eBooks, thought-leadership articles, or product documentation.
Basic understanding of branding, digital marketing funnels, lead generation, and conversion-focused content.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
