About the Role

Vortexen is looking for a Digital Marketing Strategist who can work directly with clients to understand their business objectives, target markets, customers, competitors, and digital challenges.

The role combines strategy, analysis, client consulting, campaign planning, and execution oversight.

The successful candidate should be able to assess a client's digital presence, identify opportunities, create a practical marketing strategy, coordinate execution, measure results, and continuously improve performance.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct client discovery meetings.
Understand client business objectives and target markets.
Conduct digital marketing audits.
Analyse websites, search visibility, social media, content, and advertising activities.
Conduct competitor and market research.
Research target audiences and customer behaviour.
Conduct keyword and search-intent research.
Develop customized digital marketing strategies.
Develop SEO strategies and roadmaps.
Develop content marketing strategies.
Develop social media strategies.
Develop digital lead-generation strategies.
Plan paid advertising campaigns where required.
Analyse website traffic and user behaviour.
Evaluate landing pages and conversion funnels.
Identify opportunities to improve lead generation and conversion.
Establish campaign KPIs and measurement frameworks.
Coordinate with content writers, designers, developers, and other specialists.
Monitor campaign performance.
Analyse marketing data and identify optimization opportunities.
Prepare client reports and presentations.
Present performance results and recommendations to clients.
Continuously improve strategies based on data.
Monitor industry trends and emerging digital opportunities.
Identify additional marketing opportunities for existing clients.

Client-Facing Responsibilities

Lead digital strategy meetings.
Present digital audits and marketing strategies.
Explain marketing performance and data to clients.
Translate technical marketing information into business recommendations.
Manage client expectations.
Coordinate campaign priorities and timelines.
Provide regular progress reports.
Participate in strategic business and marketing planning.
Maintain professional client relationships.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline.
Experience in digital marketing, SEO, marketing strategy, lead generation, or digital consulting.
Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals.
Understanding of analytics and digital performance measurement.
Knowledge of content marketing and social media.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to convert data into practical business recommendations.

Preferred Experience

B2B digital marketing experience.
Experience working with multiple clients.
Experience with SEO strategy and lead generation.
Experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn marketing.
Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, or equivalent tools.
Experience with websites, landing pages, and conversion optimization.
Experience in industrial or technical B2B markets.
UAE/GCC market experience is an advantage.
