HOLZBOX MODULAR FURNITURES LLP

Location: Attapur, Hyderabad

Position: Sales Manager

Department: Sales & Business Development

Employment Type: Full-time

CTC: Up to ₹35,000 per month, based on experience

ABOUT THE ROLE

Holzbox Modular Furnitures LLP is looking for a Sales Manager who will act as the key point of contact for leads generated through Google Ads, Meta Ads, website enquiries, social media and other marketing channels.

The person will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, qualifying leads, maintaining the sales pipeline, following up with prospects, coordinating quotations and site visits, and converting enquiries into business.

This is primarily an office-based sales role. Occasional market scouting for potential leads or business opportunities may also be required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Inbound Lead Management

Take complete ownership of leads generated through Google Ads, Meta Ads, website enquiries, social media and other digital marketing channels.
Respond promptly to new enquiries.
Understand the customer's project type, location, requirement, budget, timeline and scope.
Qualify leads based on their potential and seriousness.
Ensure every lead is attended to and has a clear status and next action.

2. Customer Calling & Follow-up

Speak with prospective customers over phone, WhatsApp and email.
Understand modular furniture and interior requirements.
Maintain a structured follow-up schedule for active prospects.
Schedule site visits or meetings wherever required.
Follow up on quotations until a clear outcome is received.
Re-engage suitable old, inactive or dormant leads.

3. Zoho CRM Management

Maintain complete and accurate lead information in Zoho CRM.
Record calls, discussions, requirements, meetings, quotations and follow-ups.
Ensure every lead has a clear next follow-up date/action.
Maintain proper sales pipeline stages.
Track lead source and conversion performance.
Prepare and review CRM reports for management.

4. Sales Conversion

Drive leads through: LEAD → QUALIFICATION → FOLLOW-UP → SITE VISIT / MEETING → REQUIREMENT → QUOTATION → NEGOTIATION → ORDER.
Identify and prioritize high-potential leads.
Coordinate with Design / Estimation Teams for quotations and customer requirements.
Understand customer objections and work towards closure.
Escalate high-value or strategically important opportunities to management when required.

5. Internal Coordination

Communicate customer requirements clearly to Design and Estimation Teams.
Coordinate site visits, measurements, drawings, quotations and other sales requirements.
Follow up internally to ensure customer commitments are met on time..
Ensure relevant customer information is accurately handed over to the concerned teams.

6. Marketing Feedback

Track the quality of leads received through Google and Meta campaigns.
Identify which lead sources, locations and project types are generating better opportunities.
Highlight irrelevant enquiries and recurring customer objections.
Provide feedback to management / marketing to improve lead quality and conversion.

7. Market Scouting

Occasionally scout for potential business opportunities in the local market.
Generate additional leads when required
Identify potential architects, interior designers, contractors, builders and other relevant business contacts.
This is an occasional responsibility and not a regular field-sales role.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS

The candidate will primarily be evaluated on:

Speed of response to new leads
Lead contact and qualification rate
Follow-up discipline
Site visit / meeting conversion
Order conversion
Sales value generated
Zoho CRM accuracy and discipline
Reduction in unattended / lost leads
Lead-source-wise conversion performance

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Prior experience in sales, inside sales, lead management or business development.
Experience in modular furniture, interiors, furniture, architecture, construction or related industries is preferred.
Hands-on knowledge of Zoho CRM is preferred/required.
Strong written and spoken English communication.
Excellent telephone, email and WhatsApp communication skills.
Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
Comfortable working with CRM reports and sales pipelines.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We are looking for someone who:

Takes complete ownership of every lead.
Is extremely disciplined with follow-ups and responds quickly to new enquiries.
Can confidently speak to customers and understand their requirements.
Can manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
Is organized and disciplined with CRM updates.
Is target-oriented and focused on conversion, not just lead handling.
Is comfortable working predominantly from the office.
Is willing to occasionally go into the market for lead scouting when required.

IMPORTANT

This is not a traditional field-sales role. The primary responsibility is to convert marketing-generated leads into genuine business opportunities and orders. The expected flow is:

LEAD GENERATED → CONTACTED QUALIFIED → FOLLOWED UP SITE VISIT/MEETING → QUOTATION CONVERSION/CLOSED

COMPENSATION

25,000 -35,000 per month CTC, based on relevant experience, sales capability, industry knowledge, communication skills and Zoho CRM proficiency. Performance-based incentives may be provided based on sales conversion and business generated
