Full job description

Assist in the Recruitment Process:

Work closely with senior HR team members to understand job requirements and role expectations.
Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms to attract qualified candidates.

Screen Resumes and Applications:

Review resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Coordinate Interviews:

Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage candidate communication to provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain Candidate Database:

Update and maintain an organized database of candidate information.
Track the progress of each candidate in the hiring pipeline.

Build a Talent Pipeline:

Proactively source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals).
Participate in networking activities to help build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for future roles.

Collaborate with Team Members:

Work with HR and other departments to understand current and future hiring needs.
Support additional HR initiatives as needed, such as onboarding and employee engagement activities.

Requirements

Educational Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus but not required.

Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required):

Familiarity with sourcing techniques on LinkedIn or other professional networks.
Basic knowledge of HR functions beyond recruitment (e.g., onboarding, employee relations).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
