Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Business Analyst Procurement Vendor Management & Supplier Orders In this role we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist to manage the end-to-end order process with suppliers ensure timely delivery of goods and maintain strong relationships with vendors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement operations vendor management and service level reporting. This role is critical to supporting our supply chain operations and ensuring that suppliers meet performance expectations in line with service agreements. Key Responsibilities: - Procurement & Order Management: - Manage the order-to-supplier process from requisition to delivery. - Issue purchase orders and ensure timely fulfilment from suppliers. - Track order status and update internal teams on delivery timelines. - Vendor Management: - Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors. - Negotiate pricing contracts and terms of service with suppliers. - Handle vendor inquiries and resolve order discrepancies. - Service Level & Backorder Reporting: - Monitor supplier performance and compliance with service-level agreements (SL As). - Create regular reports on backorders delivery times and service levels. - Implement corrective actions with suppliers for underperformance. - Inventory & Stock Management support: - Collaborate with inventory teams to ensure stock levels meet operational needs. - Assist in managing backorders and prioritizing urgent stock replenishments. - Continuous Improvement: - Identify opportunities for process improvements within procurement workflows. - Support procurement cost-saving initiatives and supplier performance improvement. - Understands VBA or Power apps for capitalising on automation opportunity. - Minimum
