You are someone who can sit in a room, take a brief from the founder, and independently deliver:
- Strategy — full-funnel campaign plan with budget split, audience segments, KPIs, timelines
- Copy — hooks, headlines, ad copies, landing page content in Hinglish/English/Gujlish
- Creative briefs — direct designers and video editors with clarity
- Execution — set up, launch, and optimize ads on Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn yourself
- Tracking — set up GA4, Meta Pixel, GTM, conversion APIs without help
- Analytics — read data, identify what's working, kill what's not, scale what is
- Funnel building — landing pages, lead magnets, email sequences, WhatsApp drips
- Reporting — present clear weekly/monthly numbers tied to revenue
- Adaptation — pivot fast when ad accounts get banned, costs spike, or platforms change
You think like a founder. You read a P&L. You measure your work in rupees earned, not impressions delivered. You don't make excuses — you make experiments.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESStrategy & Planning
- Build full-funnel performance marketing strategies for B2B lead generation
- Define ICPs, customer journeys, and conversion paths for multiple SME segments
- Plan monthly/quarterly marketing calendars aligned with sales pipeline targets
- Forecast lead volumes, CPLs, and ROI projections — and own those numbers
Paid Media Execution
- Independently run Meta Ads, Google Ads (Search + YouTube + Pmax), LinkedIn Ads end-to-end
- Manage monthly ad spends from ₹2L to ₹15L+ with strict ROI accountability
- Continuously A/B test creatives, audiences, copy, and bidding strategies
- Drive down CPL and improve MQL → SQL → Customer conversion rates
Copywriting & Creative Direction
- Write ad copies, hooks, and CTAs in Hinglish/Gujlish/English that resonate with traditional Indian SME owners
- Brief and direct in-house designers and video editors with clear creative direction
- Build high-converting landing pages, email sequences, and WhatsApp campaigns
Analytics & Optimization
- Set up and own GA4, Meta Pixel, GTM, conversion APIs, and UTM frameworks
- Build weekly performance dashboards — CPL, CAC, ROAS, LTV, pipeline contribution
- Conduct funnel analysis, identify drop-offs, and execute CRO experiments
- Present data-backed insights and strategic recommendations directly to the founder
Content & Funnel Management
- Plan and oversee TOFU/MOFU/BOFU content across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, blog
- Run founder-led content campaigns, case study marketing, and testimonial funnels
- Integrate organic + paid for maximum compounding effect
Cross-Functional Ownership
- Collaborate with founder, sales team, design team, and development team
- Brief external vendors when needed — videographers, photographers, freelancers
- Mentor junior executives as the team scales
