Full job description

The Senior Merchandiser is responsible for managing buyer , handling orders from development to shipment, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring on-time delivery with required quality and profitability.

Handle buyer communication independently (emails, calls)
Manage complete order cycle from enquiry to shipment.
Prepare costing, and finalize orders
Coordinate with sampling, production, quality
Monitor production status and ensure timelines are met.
Approve lab dips, fabrics, trims, and pre-production samples.
Work closely with suppliers and vendors for materials.
Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and quality standards.
Plan and track shipments, documentation, and delivery schedules.
Solve production or delivery issues proactively.
Guide and supervise junior merchandisers.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Time management and multitasking skills

Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree (Fashion/Textile/Commerce or related field).
4–8 years experience in merchandising (Garment/Textile industry)
