Position description: Assist in closing books of accounts of DMI Finance and AIF; Manage entire accounting process of corporate borrower portfolio and prepare MIS and disclosures related to it; prepare Financial Statements and year end disclosures of DMI Finance and AIF to provide true and fair view of financial position to all stakeholders. Primary Responsibilities 1. Accounting process- Booking of entries - Prepare and post book entries related to interest income, other accruals and adjustments of entire corporate portfolio. - Prepare and post accounting entries pertaining to Borrowing cost on Term loans, NCD and other borrowings of DMI Finance. - Prepare and post accounting entries related to short term and long term investments. - Account for monthly closing entries, audit adjustments and rectification entries in the books. 2. Management of key areas of books of accounts - Execute entire accounting process of corporate borrower portfolio - Collate and reconcile income calculations of all corporate borrowers; Compute EAD and ECL borrower wise. Coordinate with operations team for periodic upload of raw data in the system and for reconciliation of portfolio between LMS and Accounting ERP. Prepare MIS on different areas of Corporate portfolio. - Prepare and Manage MIS related to overall financial costs of the Company. Analyze and reconcile interest expense on borrowings with workings provided by lenders and with loan documents to ensure no revenue leakages and find cost reduction opportunities on periodic basis. 3. Execute and close Audit - Collate and prepare audit data and backup workings. - Draft financial statements of the entities as per relevant format prescribed for NBFC under MCA guidelines. - Prepare and analyze disclosures to comply with IndAS financial requirements. - Coordinate and liase with internal cross functional teams for audit requirements. - Coordinate with both domestic and foreign auditors for smooth and timely closing and audit of books. 4. Coordination with stakeholders - Prepare compliance data for corporate portfolio and coordinate with Compliance team for Monthly, Quarterly and Annual RBI regulatory reports. - Send reports, MIS as requested periodically by internal or external stakeholders.
