Full job description

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Commi 1/Commi 2 (Indian) to support our kitchen team in preparing authentic Indian vegetarian dishes. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates looking to build their career in a professional kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparation of Indian dishes (curries, gravies, basic snacks, etc.)
Support senior chefs (CDP/DCDP) in daily kitchen operations
Handle basic cutting, chopping, and mise en place
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
Follow instructions and standard recipes carefully
Ensure timely preparation of ingredients during service

Requirements:

3-4 years of kitchen experience
Basic knowledge of Indian cooking preferred
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in a team

Salary: As per industry standards

Shift: 9 hours per day apart from 30 minutes lunch time and 10 minute tea break in morning & evening | 4 offs allowed per month.

Preferred:

Hotel management or culinary background
Passion for cooking and kitchen operations
