Role Overview
Responsible for end-to-end execution of corporate event production, including fabrication, AV coordination, branding installation, vendor management, logistics planning, venue coordination, and on-ground supervision. The role requires the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously, work within tight timelines, and handle overnight event setups when required.
Key Responsibilities
Production Planning
* Study client brief and prepare detailed production requirement checklists.
* Prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for fabrication, technical elements, branding, and event infrastructure.
* Develop event production timelines, setup schedules, and vendor deliverables.
* Prepare basic production layouts including stage positioning, LED placement, branding areas, and engagement zones.
Fabrication & Event Infrastructure
* Plan and execute fabrication elements including stage structures, backdrops, sets, stalls, kiosks, installations, and décor elements.
* Coordinate with fabrication vendors for build, delivery, and installation timelines.
* Ensure quality and finishing standards for all production structures.
Technical Production
* Coordinate and supervise all AV and technical elements including LED walls, sound systems, lighting rigs, projection systems, and presentation equipment.
* Plan technical layouts including cable routing, power distribution, screen placement, and stage technical requirements.
* Conduct technical rehearsals including sound checks, mic testing, and presentation testing.
Engagement & Experience Elements
* Coordinate experiential installations, audience engagement zones, brand activations, and interactive elements.
* Explore new technologies and experiential formats to enhance event engagement.
Venue Sourcing & Coordination
* Identify and evaluate venues suitable for corporate conferences, launches, and brand events.
* Conduct venue recce to assess stage feasibility, loading access, rigging points, and technical infrastructure.
* Coordinate with venue teams for permissions, operational requirements, and event support.
Vendor Management
* Manage vendors across fabrication, AV, printing, décor, logistics, and gifting.
* Obtain and evaluate multiple quotations and finalize vendors within approved budgets.
* Monitor vendor timelines, deliverables, and installation schedules.
Logistics & Material Planning
* Plan transportation and movement of production materials, equipment, and branding assets.
* Manage dispatch schedules, loading/unloading coordination, and installation timelines.
Innovation & Industry Trends
* Identify new vendors, materials, technologies, and production techniques.
* Stay updated with latest trends in event production, stage design, and experiential marketing.
Event Setup & On-Ground Execution
* Supervise on-site setup including stage build, AV installation, branding placement, and engagement zones.
* Manage production crew, technicians, riggers, carpenters, and installation teams.
* Ensure all production and technical elements are fully operational before event start.
Coordination & Risk Management
* Work closely with client servicing teams to translate event concepts into production execution.
* Ensure venue guidelines, safety standards, and operational compliance are maintained.
* Identify potential operational risks and implement contingency plans during setup and execution.
Dismantling & Post Event
* Oversee dismantling of structures, removal of branding, and return of hired equipment.
* Ensure vendor closure and venue clearance after the event.
* Prepare post-event operational reports and production feedback.
Experience Required
* 2–6 years of relevant experience in corporate event operations or event production.
* Experience managing multiple corporate events and large-scale setups.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
