Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant Power Automate and Blue Prism support In this role you will be supporting robotic processes using Microsoft Power Automate and Blue Prism Responsibilities: - Experience in designing and developing new Power Apps model and canvas driven apps as well as enhancing existing apps - Integrate Azure Functions with Power Apps (Dataverse or other stores) to fetch compile and apply configurable business validation rules dynamically at runtime. - Ensure seamless interaction between services and metadata AP Is to keep validation logic up-to-date automatically. - Hands on experience in Power virtual agents (copilot studio) - Extensive experience in developing cloud and desktop flows. - End user issue analysis. - follow up and provide resolution. - Co-ordinate end to end written response between internal teams and clients externally. - Off shore support with rolling shift. - Managing the tickets & ensure SL As are met. - Experience in web application support experience in a technical/functional support environment. - Experience troubleshooting web applications and strong hold on SQL (SQL Server). - SQL knowledge and ability to run queries. - Excellent understanding of how web applications work. - Excellent technical and analytical skills. - Solid experience in problem analysis and resolution of software problems. - Proven ability to function in a proactive environment. - Must excel in a fast-paced agile environment where critical thinking and excellent problem-solving skills are required for success. - Innovative thinker who is positive proactive and readily embraces change. - Understanding formulas and development methods. - Experience in VBA and Ui Path is a plus - Should be PL-200 certified. - Microsoft Power Platform Consultant. - Clear logical and effective verbal/written communication skills - High responsiveness and keen perception. - Should be able to deliver in tight timelines. - Design develop Power Automate workflows including the creation of triggers actions conditions and loops to automate business processes. - Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Power Automate - Create and configure connectors and integrations between various systems and applications to enable data flow and automation. - Develop Connectors using specific language stacks such C# JS/TS or Python to integrate with Power Automate with external systems. - Should have experience in IT / ITSM project - Hands-on experience on MS Power Platform (at least one project) - MS Power Platform Certification
