We are currently seeking driven, high-caliber professionals to join our founding Ernakulam team and help shape a new benchmark for professional education in Kerala.
Role Overview
You are the face of Suha Digi Tech when a potential student, parent, or working professional wants to learn more about our courses. You’ll be based out of our Kochi office, but a big part of your role will be travelling across Kerala to meet interested leads in person – at their homes, offices, college campuses, or public spaces. Your goal is to understand their learning needs, give honest and clear course guidance, and help them make confident enrollment decisions. This is not a high-pressure sales job; it’s about having genuine conversations that lead to the right student joining the right program.
What You’ll Do
Face-to-Face Counselling
- Travel to meet leads across Kerala – based on client interest, you’ll visit them in their city or town, explain course details, and close enrollments.
- Represent Suha Digi Tech at education fairs, college events, and partner meet-ups anywhere in Kerala – set up the stall, engage visitors, collect leads, and follow up.
Lead Follow-Up & Conversion
- Work closely with the tele-marketing team – they’ll pass on warm leads who want an in-person meeting. You’ll schedule and travel to these meetings quickly.
- Follow up with leads across calls, WhatsApp, and email to keep them engaged and push for a face-to-face sit-down.
- Track every conversation – update lead status in our CRM or tracking sheet, log meeting notes, and plan next steps.
Relationship & Target Management
- Build long-term trust – a student you enroll today may refer five friends tomorrow. Your sincerity and approachability directly impact our reputation.
- Coordinate with faculty – if a lead wants a deeper demo of a Python or Digital Marketing class, loop in the trainer on the spot (via call or video call) to help close the deal.
- Own your monthly enrollment targets – you’ll be responsible for converting leads into admissions, whenever they need you to visit them.
What We’re Looking For
Must-Have
- Excellent communication in Malayalam (mandatory) and English (highly desirable)
- Comfortable with extensive travel across Kerala – you don’t mind hopping on a train or bus to meet a client in another district, sometimes on short notice.
- Strong face-to-face conversation skills – you know how to build rapport, listen actively, and explain things simply.
- Basic computer use – Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, email.
- Goal-oriented attitude – you’re motivated by achieving targets, but not at the cost of mis-selling.
Good to Have
- Prior experience in ed-tech sales, field sales, admissions counselling, or B2C client-facing roles.
- Familiarity with academic hubs across Kerala and basic knowledge of local trains/bus routes.
- Any personal learning background in digital marketing, coding, or design (so you can talk to students more authentically)
What we offer
- Fixed salary plus attractive performance-based incentives
- Travel reimbursements – all work-related travel expenses (train, bus, fuel if own vehicle used, and food allowance for outstation trips) are covered as per company policy.
- Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; travel may occasionally require an early start or late return, but not a regular late-night routine.
- An opportunity to grow into Regional Manager – Admissions as we expand to more cities in Kerala.
