Job Summary
The Learning Design & IT Communication Specialist is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering global learning solutions and technical communications that enable employees and IT teams to adopt systems, tools, and security practices effectively. The role combines instructional design, learning experience design, eLearning development, video production, and enterprise communication strategy to support IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiatives.
This role partners closely with IT leadership, cybersecurity teams, project stakeholders, and global business users to create scalable training programs, engaging learning experiences, and clear communications that drive user adoption and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Strategy & Instructional Design

Design and implement learning solutions using Instructional Design frameworks such as ADDIE and Bloom’s Taxonomy.
