ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE, VERSEATILE STUDIOS Delhi NCR | Hybrid | Contract

About VERSEATILE

VERSEATILE Studios is a brand intelligence and identity studio based in Delhi. We work with founders, businesses, and teams across brand strategy, identity, and creative execution. Our clients span industries and our work spans everything from brand systems to campaign rollouts. We move fast, we work with intent, and we hold the work to a high standard.

About the Role

We are looking for an Account Executive to join the VERSEATILE team on a contractual basis. This is a hybrid role with travel required across Delhi NCR for client meetings, shoots, presentations, and on-ground activations. You will be the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing relationships, driving timelines, and ensuring delivery is always on track.

This is not a passive coordination role. We need someone who can think on their feet, understand brand context, and communicate with confidence, both internally and with clients.

What You Will Do

Own and manage day-to-day client communication across assigned accounts
Lead client meetings, briefings, and presentations independently
Coordinate with the internal creative and strategy team to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
Travel across Delhi NCR for client visits, reviews, and activations as required
Track project progress, flag risks early, and keep all stakeholders aligned
Support business development through relationship management and account growth
Stay informed on client industries, including e-commerce and quick commerce trends
Use AI and productivity tools actively to improve workflow efficiency, research, and output quality

What We Are Looking For

1-2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a related agency role
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or Business from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 university
Working knowledge of e-commerce and quick commerce ecosystems, including platforms like Shopify
Hands-on proficiency with AI tools, specifically Claude and NotebookLM for research, briefing, and knowledge management
Comfortable using Canva for client-facing presentations and visual communication
Experience with Miro for collaborative workflows, brainstorms, and project mapping
Familiarity with HubSpot CRM for contact management, pipeline tracking, and client communication logging
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines without dropping the ball
Comfortable with travel across Delhi NCR on a regular basis
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and professional in client-facing situations

Good to Have

Prior exposure to branding, design, or creative agency environments
Familiarity with project management tools such as Notion or Asana
Understanding of social media, performance marketing, or content workflows
Experience managing or supporting e-commerce brand accounts on Shopify

Tools You Will Work With

Claude, NotebookLM, for AI-assisted research, briefing, and workflow
Canva, for presentations, decks, and visual communication
Miro, for collaborative mapping, brainstorming, and project planning
HubSpot CRM, for client relationship and pipeline management
Shopify, for e-commerce client context and platform familiarity
