Provide end-to-end database administration and operational support for Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) platforms.

Manage high-availability and disaster recovery solutions using Oracle RAC, Data Guard, RMAN, and Flashback technologies.

Monitor database health, storage utilization, and query performance to ensure optimal system availability and reliability.

Perform database performance tuning through AWR/ASH analysis, SQL optimization, execution plan tuning, partitioning, and indexing strategies.

Support telecom billing operations including billing cycles, invoicing, revenue processing, rated events, and batch job execution.

Design and implement backup, recovery, capacity planning, and business continuity strategies.

Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams on Oracle BRM upgrades, deployments, patching, and system enhancements.

Develop automation scripts using Shell, Python, or Perl to streamline database administration and operational activities.

Implement monitoring, alerting, and reporting solutions using Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM), Splunk, or similar tools.

Support disaster recovery drills and ensure adherence to operational, security, and compliance standards.

8-12 years of overall professional experience in Oracle Database Administration within enterprise production environments.

Strong hands-on expertise with Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) platforms.

Deep knowledge of Oracle Database Administration, including installation, configuration, upgrades, and maintenance.

Extensive experience with Oracle RAC, Data Guard, RMAN, Flashback, backup, recovery, and replication technologies.

Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL development, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

Proven experience supporting large-scale OLTP systems and telecom billing platforms.

Expertise in database performance tuning, including AWR/ASH analysis, SQL tuning, indexing, partitioning, and capacity planning.

Strong experience working in Unix/Linux environments.
