About the role

Revolut’s People team shapes how we support our people and ensure a seamless experience every day. From onboarding to coaching and development, they partner with teams across the business to create a people-first environment that enables growth and success.

We’re looking for a People Partner to bring our rewards strategy to life by translating it into clear frameworks, streamlined processes, and actionable steps for execution.

You'll create a playbook on how to scale our compensation structures as we expand into new countries.

What you’ll be doing

Reporting to the Head of Global Compensation to execute total reward programmes across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas, ensuring competitive, scalable, and sustainable pay structures
Serving as the designated compensation advisor, and partnering closely with HR, Recruitment, and other business leaders to provide data-driven, equitable recommendations
Designing and managing governance frameworks for shifting legal landscapes (e.g., EU Pay Transparency, UK Gender Pay Gap, and Works Council/Union agreements)
Developing deep analytical frameworks, leveraging predictive patterns and automation to anticipate talent attraction or retention challenges, and proactively designing solutions
Monitoring competitive reward trends to identify and implement systemic process improvements, creating custom compensation solutions
Collaborating with HR to design and coordinate communication strategies that educate managers and employees on compensation programmes and structures

What you'll need

An MBA from a top-tier university
8+ years of experience in regional compensation
A proven track record of managing compensation programmes and navigating complexity within high-growth, scaling environments
Knowledge of core compensation principles, industry best practices, and global total rewards design
Expertise in implementing and administering cross-border pay programmes
The ability to partner directly with senior leadership, and to anticipate challenges, articulate risks, and build persuasive, data-driven narratives
To thrive in fast-paced, rapidly changing environments

Nice to have

Familiarity with equity, bonus, or incentive programmes
Experience working in an international, fast-paced environment
Experience in a startup, or within a global tech or financial services company
