Digi Sidekick is a full-service digital marketing agency helping brands grow through Performance Marketing, Content Creation, UGC Advertising, Social Media Marketing, YouTube Growth, and Creative Strategy. We create high-performing content and campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and brand awareness for our clients.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive UGC Production Intern to join our growing production team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys content creation, production planning, shoot coordination, and working behind the scenes to bring creative ideas to life.

About the Role

As a UGC Production Intern, you will support the entire content production process—from research and planning to on-ground shoot execution. You will work closely with the Creative Strategy, Production, and Content Teams to ensure smooth execution of UGC (User-Generated Content), advertisements, social media campaigns, and branded content projects.

This role requires a combination of organizational skills, creativity, attention to detail, and a willingness to work on-location during shoots.

Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Production & Research

Research content trends, UGC formats, and competitor advertisements across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
Assist in planning shoots, content concepts, and production schedules.
Research and coordinate shoot locations, props, attire, equipment, and other production requirements.
Prepare shoot briefs, production checklists, and coordination documents.
Assist in talent and creator coordination when required.
Support travel planning, scheduling, and logistics for shoot days.

Production & Shoot Execution

Assist the production team during on-location and in-house shoots.
Help coordinate shoot activities to ensure smooth execution.
Support camera setup, lighting arrangements, props management, and shoot preparation.
Ensure all required shots, scenes, and content deliverables are captured.
Help manage production timelines and on-set coordination.
Troubleshoot basic production challenges and assist the team as needed.

Post-Production Coordination

Organize shoot assets and footage for the editing team.
Ensure proper documentation and file management after shoots.
Coordinate with editors and content teams to track project deliverables.

Required Skills

Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Interest in content creation, video production, advertising, and social media marketing.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Willingness to travel and participate in on-ground shoots when required.
Proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications

Fresher to 1 year of experience in Content Production, Media, Marketing, Events, Advertising, or related fields.
Pursuing or completed a degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism, Event Management, or a related discipline.
Basic understanding of video production, content creation, and social media platforms.
Familiarity with content creation tools and production workflows is a plus.
