Job Description

BeHarry is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst with a deep understanding of the AI landscape to lead the discovery phase for our AI-driven Call Center transformation. You will act as the bridge between complex business operations and cutting-edge technology, specifically focusing on sectors like QSR (Quick Service Restaurants), Banking, and Insurance. Working closely with an AI Engineer, you will dissect existing workflows, pinpoint inefficiencies, and define the roadmap for AI-integrated solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Process Discovery: Lead deep-dive sessions to map 'As-Is' business processes within QSR, Banking, or Insurance verticals. Gap & Bottleneck Analysis: Identify friction points in customer service cycles where AI can reduce latency, improve accuracy, or lower costs. Stakeholder Management: Conduct interviews and workshops with subject matter experts (SMEs) to extract functional requirements. AI Solution Scoping: Partner with the AI Engineer to evaluate the technical feasibility of Large Language Models (LLMs), Voice AI, and automation hooks within current infrastructures. Documentation: Create high-quality Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Process Maps, and User Stories tailored for AI development. Cross-Project Support: Provide BA expertise to parallel AI initiatives (e.g., Sagicor, JUTC) to ensure organizational alignment and resource optimization.

Requirements

Experience: 4–6 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years dedicated to AI/Machine Learning or Automation projects. Domain Expertise: Proven track record in one or more of the following: Banking, Insurance, or QSR/Retail. Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of AI integration (APIs, NLP, speech-to-text) and how they fit into enterprise architecture. Analytical Rigor: Ability to translate vague business pain points into structured, actionable technical requirements. Communication: Elite verbal and written communication skills; ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart/Visio, and Agile methodologies.
