Full job description

Position : Sr/Jr Accounts Executive

Age : 26:32 (Can also consider senior retired bankers or older individuals who have the aptitude and desire to work)

Gender : Males preferred

Years of experience: 3-5 years

Education : Bcom+ Mcom/ CA inter + Advanced accountancy course from a reputed institute, MS Office proficiency certification Tally ERP 9.0 (good proficiency required), MS Excel expert user (able to generate good quality MIS as required by management), Excellent knowledge of various compliances and practices like ROC, Excise, Service tax, VAT, LBT and personal interaction with government bodies Good correspondence skills

Skills : English language proficiency for drafting basic letters and documents using MS word Sound administrative skills and is regular in filing, maintaining and timely retrieval of documents Ability to understand various reporting hierarchies and generate MIS as and when required. Ability to develop systems and processes for better and mature working of the department of accounts and integrate with purchase function.

Experience : Should have worked in a manufacturing organization preferably for at least 2 years. An experience in the FMCG business will be an added advantage. Should have been part of an entire accounting cycle for at least 2 years (i.e. from start of the FY and maintaining books to closure of accounts and return filing at the end of the FY) An experience of done a stint at an accounting firm or with independent CA is desirable but not mandatory.

Others : Driving license (At least 2 wheeler license compulsory) Must have own two wheeler and must be comfortable with Pune city and its geography.
