Role Overview: As a Product Manager, you will be pivotal in guiding the development of our software products from conception to launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure that our products meet business objectives and deliver outstanding user experiences.
Responsibilities:

Define product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals.

Lead the product lifecycle from ideation through technical development and commercial release.

Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements to ensure the product satisfies customer needs and surpasses market expectations.

Work closely with engineering teams to ensure system architecture and design meet product goals.

Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to position the product effectively.

Develop detailed product requirements and maintain the product roadmap.

Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to align on product features and priorities.

Measure and optimize the product by developing key metrics and feedback loops.
Qualifications:
Must have created minimum meaningful 1-2 products from scratch (v imp)

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in product management within a software development environment.

Strong background in software engineering and familiarity with coding practices.

Proven experience in system design and architecture, with the ability to engage deeply with technical teams.

Previous experience as a product analyst, with a solid understanding of data-driven product development and user-centric design.

Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
