About Bright Box

Bright Box is a creative digital marketing agency based in Auckland, New Zealand. We help small and medium NZ businesses grow through social media management, paid advertising, content creation, web development, and branding. We are a small, fast-moving team and we are looking for a driven all-rounder to work directly with the agency owner — someone who keeps the business running smoothly while delivering great results for our clients.

About the role

This is a dual-function position. You will split your time between two core areas: delivering work for Bright Box clients, and supporting the owner with day-to-day business operations. You will be involved in everything from managing client social media accounts and running ad campaigns, to handling emails, scheduling, and keeping the CRM up to date.

If you are organised, proactive, comfortable working independently across multiple tasks, and confident in written English — this role was built for you.

What you will do — client and agency work

Manage and grow social media accounts for multiple Bright Box clients across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other platforms
Create, schedule, and publish content aligned to each client's brand and marketing strategy
Plan, run, and optimise paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
Manage client WordPress websites — content updates, plugin management, and basic troubleshooting
Manage client projects from brief through to delivery, keeping timelines on track
Communicate professionally with clients via email and messaging on behalf of the agency
Prepare client-facing performance reports on campaigns and social media growth
Use AI tools to speed up content creation, copywriting, and campaign workflows

What you will do — owner and business support

Manage the owner's inbox — drafting replies, flagging urgent messages, keeping communications organised
Handle calendar scheduling — booking meetings, managing appointments, and coordinating across time zones
Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents as needed
Manage leads in the CRM — tracking contacts, following up, and keeping the pipeline up to date
Support new business outreach — identifying potential clients and initiating first contact
Assist with general admin tasks so the owner can stay focused on growth and strategy

What we are looking for

Hands-on experience with WordPress — content management, plugins, basic site maintenance
Experience planning and running paid social and/or Google Ads campaigns
Strong understanding of major social media platforms and organic content strategy
Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Zoho, or similar
Experience managing client communications and juggling multiple projects
Comfortable with inbox and calendar management for a busy professional
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, or similar platforms
Proficient written and spoken English — this is essential for client-facing work
Self-motivated and reliable — able to work independently with minimal supervision

Pay and commission

Your base pay is ₹15,000/month (fixed). On top of that, you earn ₹5,000 for every new client you help convert for Bright Box. There is no cap.

₹15,000/month base + ₹5,000 per converted client — no cap on earnings
100% remote — work from anywhere in India
