The team includes workstreams like, Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Mobility, Compensation and benefit and enabling functions like HR systems, Operations, People Data Reporting and Analytics. They also leverage our global strength and scalability to drive HR-related technology, projects and processes that allow EY to deliver against the changing requirements to enable success. The core focus of the team is to ensure an exceptional EY experience lasts a lifetime.

Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence

Strong understanding of talent attraction and acquisition processes, including sourcing, screening, and end-to-end recruitment execution. Proficient in managing hiring workflows and coordinating with stakeholders to support timely talent acquisition delivery. Ability to analyze recruitment requirements and align sourcing strategies with role specifications and workforce needs. Experienced in using HR and recruitment systems to track candidate pipelines, hiring progress, and recruitment metrics. Solid grounding in general consulting skills to support structured problem-solving and process-oriented HR operations.

Post Graduate Diploma in Management
