Full job description

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Solutions Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-powered solutions across our digital platforms and business operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building AI agents, developing automation workflows, integrating APIs, optimizing websites for AI-driven search and discovery, and creating scalable AI applications that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.

This role combines software development, AI engineering, automation, system integration, and digital optimization.

Key Responsibilities

AI Development & Engineering

* Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and solutions.

* Build and maintain AI agents using modern LLM frameworks.

* Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and knowledge bases.

* Implement AI chatbots and virtual assistants for internal and customer-facing use cases.

* Fine-tune AI workflows for performance, accuracy, and scalability.

Workflow Automation

* Create automated workflows using AI and no-code/low-code platforms.

* Automate business processes across departments.

* Connect AI systems with CRM, CMS, and third-party software.

* Reduce manual workloads through intelligent automation.

API & System Integrations

* Develop and maintain REST APIs and webhooks.

* Integrate AI solutions with external platforms and SaaS products.

* Connect systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, WhatsApp, and custom applications.

* Ensure secure and scalable data exchange between platforms.

AI Agent Development

* Build autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents.

* Implement multi-agent architectures where appropriate.

* Configure memory, tool usage, and decision-making capabilities.

* Monitor agent performance and continuously improve outputs.

Website & Digital Optimization

* Optimize website content and architecture for AI-powered search engines.

* Implement structured data and schema markup.

* Improve discoverability across AI search platforms.

* Develop AI-powered search and recommendation systems.

* Support SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AI visibility initiatives.

Data & Analytics

* Develop data pipelines supporting AI applications.

* Analyze AI performance metrics.

* Monitor usage, accuracy, response quality, and ROI.

* Generate reports and recommendations for leadership.

Innovation & Research

* Stay updated with emerging AI technologies and industry trends.

* Evaluate new AI tools and frameworks.

* Recommend AI adoption opportunities across the organization.
