This is a hybrid role. This model requires the ability to work in a hybrid mode from our office in Noida/Bengaluru (1 to 2 times/ week). Our office culture is designed to foster in-person innovation, collaboration, and connection with team members, local and visiting, from other global offices.
As an Applications Development Module Lead, you will an expert in process, domain, and system, configures pension system interfaces and translates business requirements into technical mapping documents. Leading data conversion projects, they offer process and technical support, liaise with onshore data and requirement leads, ensure compliance with best practices, update process maps, manage risks, and mentor team members. The specialist's role extends to influencing prioritization of COTS solutions and collaborating with business analysts for comprehensive interface configurations. With a keen eye for detail and effective communication, they deliver quality work on time while balancing multiple projects.
Subject Matter Expert\Process, Domain, and system.
Can explain to internal colleagues how the pension system’ interface solution is working and what can be done using configuration.
Help the Business analysts to review the client’s requirements and identify the “gaps” where client’s requirements cannot be fulfilled by configuration only.
Influence our business analysts to make sure his goal is to use our COTS solution and minimize developments.
Is responsible of ensuring that the Pension system interface configuration is in line with the provided specifications and unit test cases.
Coordinate with the development team to receive their development in a timely manner.
Assist QA team for the testing of the interface and new developments.
Is offering time to coach his colleagues to increase their knowledge of the configuration possibilities.
Bringing risk on surface and work on mitigation plan

Succeeding will require the following core qualifications and skills.
Experience of 6-8 years in the field.
Education background in BCA/BSc/BTech/MCA.
Good understanding of the DB Domain.
Hands on exposure of Configuration & Basic programming.
Strong team-building and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent team leadership capability.
Broad IT outlook with a willingness to learn new things.
Attention to detail, diligence, responsibility, and persistence.
