Role Overview
We're looking for a hustler. A self-driven Field Sales Executive who doesn't wait for leads — you go out, find businesses, walk in, build rapport, and pitch our services face-to-face. You'll be the front face of the company on the ground, identifying potential clients across Dehradun and nearby areas and converting them into long-term business relationships. No leads will be provided — this is a pure hunter role.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and target potential clients — local businesses, retailers, restaurants, clinics, coaching centres, real estate firms, hotels, D2C brands, and others — who can benefit from digital marketing and ecommerce services.
- Visit prospective clients in person, build relationships, understand their business challenges, and pitch our services including social media management, performance marketing, website development, ecommerce solutions, and branding.
- Self-generate leads through market research, area mapping, business directory scanning, networking, referrals, and on-ground prospecting — no leads will be handed to you.
- Deliver confident and professional sales presentations and service demos to business owners and decision-makers in English.
- Handle objections on the spot, negotiate pricing, and close deals independently.
- Follow up persistently with warm prospects through revisits, calls, and WhatsApp to move them towards conversion.
- Maintain a detailed daily log of client visits, meeting outcomes, pipeline status, and follow-up schedules.
- Collect market intelligence — what competitors are offering, what clients are asking for, common objections — and share insights with the internal team.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth client onboarding after deal closure.
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue and client acquisition targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or B2B sales — preferably in services (digital marketing, IT, advertising, or similar).
- Must have strong English communication skills — both spoken and written — as you'll be pitching to business owners and professionals.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing — should be able to explain what social media marketing, Google Ads, SEO, ecommerce, and website development mean and how they help businesses grow.
- Self-starter mentality — you don't wait for leads, you create your own pipeline from scratch.
- Confident personality with excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with daily field travel across Dehradun and surrounding areas.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Target-oriented with a strong hunger to earn through incentives.
- Good organizational skills — ability to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets/Excel, and basic CRM for tracking.
Good to Have
- Prior experience selling digital marketing or IT services specifically.
- Existing network of local business contacts in Dehradun.
- Experience creating basic proposals or quotations for clients.
- Knowledge of the local Dehradun market — key commercial areas, business hubs, and industries.
- Ability to communicate in Hindi as well for building rapport with local business owners.

Compensation Structure
- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000/month (based on experience)
- Incentives: Per deal closed — the more you close, the more you earn. No cap on incentives.
- Travel Allowance: Provided for daily field visits.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
