Role Details

Position: Cantonese Language Specialist – L1 IT Support
Client: Leading MNC / Service-Based Company
Language: Cantonese (Native / Near-Native proficiency mandatory)
Openings: 2
Experience: 3+ Years
Employment: Consultant with Datamundi.ai
Duration: 6 Months Contract
Work Mode: Work From Home (Preferably based in India)
Shift: Hong Kong Timings
Salary: Up to 12 LPA
Interview Mode: Online

Key Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end L1 IT support to users
Manage and track incidents via phone, email, chat, or portal
Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, printers, and network connectivity
Support user account administration, password resets, onboarding/offboarding
Maintain issue documentation and update knowledge repositories
Escalate complex technical issues to L2/L3 support teams when required

Candidate Requirements

Native or Near-Native Cantonese proficiency (Mandatory)
Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / Technical Support roles
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Payment Terms

Payment will be processed within 30–45 days from receipt of invoice every month.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
