Job Title: Telecalling Executive (IT Services)

Job Overview

Infyle Technologies is seeking a motivated and professional Telecalling Executive with strong communication skills and basic technical knowledge of IT services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, generating leads, and promoting the company’s IT solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company IT services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling and follow-ups.
Explain IT services and solutions clearly to clients.
Maintain customer records and update call details in the system.
Coordinate with the technical and sales teams for client requirements.
Send professional emails and follow up with prospects.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1.5 to 2.5 years of experience in telecalling or customer support.
Basic technical knowledge of IT services is mandatory.
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
Good email drafting and professional communication ability.
Confident personality with convincing skills.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred.
