Full job description

Role Overview

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring day-to-day activities related to residential and commercial real estate projects while ensuring timely reporting and updates to the Director. The role involves project execution tracking, inter-department coordination, documentation management, contractor follow-ups, MIS reporting, and ensuring smooth operational workflow across projects.

Key Responsibilities :
Project Coordination & Execution

Coordinate with Architects, Consultants, Contractors, Liaison teams, Site Engineers, and Vendors for smooth project execution.
Monitor project schedules, timelines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion of activities.
Track project progress and maintain daily status updates across all assigned projects.
Assist in planning and execution of residential, commercial, and redevelopment projects.
Ensure proper coordination for approvals, drawings, statutory documentation, and site execution activities.

Director Coordination & Reporting

Provide daily project updates and status reports directly to the Director.
Prepare Daily MIS, Progress Reports, Pending Issues Reports, and Action Tracker updates for management review.
Highlight delays, risks, bottlenecks, and operational challenges proactively to the Director.
Coordinate and follow up on action points discussed during management meetings.
Maintain project dashboards and present project progress summaries to senior management.

Documentation & MIS

Maintain project documentation including drawings, approvals, contracts, BOQs, MOMs, agreements, and correspondence.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to project progress, manpower, material status, billing, and timelines.
Ensure all records and project data are updated systematically in ERP/software systems.

Vendor & Contractor Coordination

Coordinate with contractors and vendors regarding execution schedules, material deliveries, billing submissions, and work completion.
Track contractor performance and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Assist in verification of contractor bills and work progress certifications.

Internal Coordination

Coordinate with Legal, Accounts, Purchase, CRM, Sales, HR, Admin, and Site Teams for smooth project operations.
Facilitate communication between Head Office and project sites.
Schedule meetings, prepare Minutes of Meeting (MOM), and monitor closure of pending action items.

Site & Compliance Support

Conduct site visits for progress review, coordination, and issue resolution whenever required.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, project timelines, and safety standards.
Support project teams in obtaining approvals and authority clearances.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
3–8 years of experience in Project Coordination within Real Estate or Construction industry.
Experience in residential, commercial, and redevelopment projects preferred.
Strong reporting, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, ERP systems, and project tracking tools.

Preferred Skills

Strong MIS and reporting capabilities.
Ability to independently coordinate multiple stakeholders and projects.
Knowledge of municipal approvals and RERA processes.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under timelines and management reporting structures.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
