Job Title: Sales Head – AV, ELV & IT Infrastructure Solutions

Role Overview

The Sales Head will be responsible for formulating and executing strategic sales plans, managing client relationships, and leading the sales team to achieve ambitious revenue and growth targets.
This role requires a strong leader with proven expertise in B2B solution sales, system integration, and key account management within the AV/ELV/IT industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Leadership

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
Identify new business opportunities across corporate, institutional, and government verticals.
Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed performance goals.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to shape proactive sales approaches.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, consultants, and decision-makers.
Represent Ital Solutions in high-level meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Ensure consistent client satisfaction and retention through strategic account management.

Business Development & Technical Coordination

Collaborate with the presales, design, and technical teams to deliver optimized, value-based proposals.
Oversee tendering, pricing, and proposal preparation, ensuring accuracy and profitability.
Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities across AV, ELV, and IT portfolios.

Performance Management & Reporting

Track sales KPIs, pipeline progress, and business forecasts.
Present detailed performance and strategy reports to senior management.
Manage sales budgets, incentive programs, and resource planning effectively.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline (MBA preferred).
2-6 years of proven experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Key Account Management in AV, ELV, CCTV, or IT infrastructure industries.
Demonstrated success in leading a high-performance sales team and managing complex projects.
Strong technical understanding of AV, ELV, and IT systems — including CCTV, Access Control, Video Conferencing, PA Systems, Networking, and Structured Cabling.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
Proficiency in CRM platforms, sales analytics tools, and MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
Certifications such as CCNA, PMP, or vendor-specific AV/ELV certifications are an added advantage.
