Store Incharge – F&B Industry

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Salary: ₹28,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Store Incharge to manage inventory, stock movement, and store operations for a leading organization in the Food & Beverage industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory control, timely material issuance, and efficient store management practices.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day store operations and inventory control.
Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials and supplies.
Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.
Ensure timely issuance of materials to various departments.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements.
Conduct periodic stock verification and inventory audits.
Maintain proper documentation of inward and outward stock movements.
Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for material planning.
Ensure proper storage, handling, and preservation of food and non-food inventory.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the store area.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline.
2–5 years of experience as a Store Incharge, Store Executive, or Inventory Controller.
Experience in the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, Catering, Hotel, or Restaurant industry preferred.
Knowledge of inventory management systems and stock control procedures.
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.

Preferred Skills

Experience handling food inventory, consumables, and kitchen supplies.
Understanding of FIFO, stock rotation, and inventory reconciliation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
