Job Overview: We are looking for a Technical Project Manager with 3+ years of experience to lead and manage software development projects in a fast-growing AR/VR technology company. The ideal candidate will have strong project management, team coordination, and technical understanding to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. Prior AR/VR experience is not mandatory but an interest in immersive technologies is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of technical projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with developers, designers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Track and report project status, KPIs, and deliverables to management.
- Manage team performance, task prioritization, and workflow optimization.
- Support the integration of new technologies and ensure projects follow best development practices.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in project management or technical project coordination.
- Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with software development processes and tools.
- Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and resolve project challenges.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or Asana.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to AR/VR, gaming, or immersive technologies.
- Basic understanding of Unity, Unreal Engine, or interactive application development.
- Experience working with UI/UX or product development teams.
- Technical background in software development or engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in project management, team coordination, or software project delivery.
