Role description

Role Expectation

Own end-to-end architecture and design for large-scale full stack applications
Build and lead development of cloud-native applications (Azure)
Define and enforce engineering best practices, coding standards, and governance
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and resilient solutions
Drive microservices and API-first architecture adoption
Mentor teams, guide technical decisions, and support code reviews & solutioning
Integrate applications with data platforms, enterprise systems, and AI/GenAI solutions
Well-versed in test automation
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and client stakeholders
Self-driven and accountable, with the ability to operate effectively in fast-paced and evolving environment

Mandatory Skills

Strong expertise in Java (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud)
Experience in REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems design
Hands-on experience with ReactJS / Angular + TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Strong experience in SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL) with query optimization
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, AKS/API Mgmt/Service Bus) and cloud-native architecture
Experience with CI/CD (Azure DevOps), Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/ARM)
Strong understanding of scalability, performance, and secure application design

Optional Skills

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
Knowledge of DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to AWS / multi-cloud environments
Experience with high-volume production systems

Familiarity with AI / GenAI integrations
