Position title

Subject Matter Experts – Nursing and Advanced Healthcare

Description

At ansrsource, we are seeking experienced Nursing and Healthcare Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to contribute to a high-impact assessment development initiative. This role is ideal for professionals with strong clinical and academic expertise who are passionate about advancing learning quality in healthcare education.

Courses Covered

Advanced Pathophysiology
Advanced Pharmacology
Acute Care Across the Lifespan (FNP)
Chronic Care Across the Lifespan (FNP)

Responsibilities

Conduct rigorous conceptual reviews of assessment items (MCQs)
Ensure alignment with learning objectives, competencies, and clinical standards
Provide expert-level feedback to improve clarity, accuracy, and effectiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance assessment quality
Offer clinical insights and resolve content-related queries

Qualifications

Advanced degree in Nursing, Medicine, or Healthcare-related fields
Experience as faculty, clinician, or content expert
Strong familiarity with FNP curriculum and advanced clinical subjects
Prior experience in assessment design, item review, or academic content development (preferred)
