Digital Marketing Specialist (Real Estate Focus) — Remote | Immediate HiringAbout Acrebook

Acrebook is a growing real estate platform focused on helping users discover properties, analyze opportunities, and make smarter investment decisions. Alongside listings and insights, we are expanding into real estate education, digital courses, and community-driven learning, empowering users with the knowledge to succeed in property investments.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist who understands both performance marketing and real estate audience behavior. This role will focus on lead generation, branding, course promotion, and community growth.

You will be responsible for building Acrebook’s digital presence, driving high-quality leads, and scaling our real estate education + platform ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities1. Performance Marketing & Lead Generation

Plan and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube)
Generate high-quality real estate buyer & investor leads
Optimize funnels for conversion (landing pages, forms, retargeting)

2. Real Estate Course & Funnel Marketing

Promote real estate courses, workshops, and educational content
Build and optimize sales funnels (lead magnets, webinars, drip campaigns)
Manage email marketing and automation for nurturing leads

3. Social Media Growth & Branding

Develop and execute social media strategies (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
Create campaigns around:
Property showcases
Investment insights
Educational content
Build Acrebook into a trusted real estate brand

4. Content & SEO

Plan and execute SEO strategies targeting real estate keywords
Work on:
Blogs
Landing pages
Educational content
Improve organic traffic and authority

5. Community & Course Platform Management

Support and grow learning communities (Skool or similar platforms)
Manage user engagement, onboarding, and retention
Coordinate course launches and promotions

6. Analytics & Optimization

Track KPIs like:
Cost per lead (CPL)
Conversion rates
ROI on campaigns
Continuously optimize campaigns using data insights

Required Skills & Experience

2–5 years in digital marketing / growth marketing
Strong experience in:
Meta Ads & Google Ads
Lead generation funnels
Social media marketing
Experience in real estate, education, or course selling is a BIG plus
Understanding of sales funnels, landing pages, and audience targeting
Hands-on with tools like:
Google Analytics (GA4)
CRM / email tools
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment

Preferred (Nice to Have)

Experience with Skool, Kajabi, Teachable, or similar platforms
Knowledge of personal branding & content marketing
Video/content strategy experience (Reels, Shorts, YouTube)
Basic design or copywriting skills
